How RestLabs works
RestLabs is built around one simple loop: lift, rest, learn, repeat.
1. Start a rest timer
Choose your rest length and begin your break. The app keeps the timer visible while giving you something useful to look at.
2. Get a short learning card
During rest, you can see a knowledge bite, a language phrase, a quick quiz, or a deeper insight. Everything is designed for short attention windows.
3. Return to the set
When the timer ends, the learning moment ends too. RestLabs is meant to support the workout, not hijack it.
4. Track progress when needed
Workout tracking is there when you want it: personal records, recent workouts, and simple set logging without turning the gym into spreadsheet time.
